Membership Application VICTORIA ONLY
If you are an egg farmer in Victoria, or if you're thinking of starting a poultry farm producing eggs, why not join us? If you have read the standards of the Free Range Farmers Association and you comply with those requirements, we will be pleased to welcome you as a member. Add to the strength of genuine free range egg farmers. Consider joining the Association to demonstrate to your customers that yours is an authentic free range egg farm which meets the highest food safety and animal welfare standards.
We are a state-based Association and only operate within the Australian State of Victoria.
You can join at any time, however many chickens you have. Association members can help new entrants to the industry with information which assists in setting up a business
The current application fee (as at October 2011) is $100.00 plus the annual membership fee of $150.00. Membership is due for renewal on 1st July each year.
When you are ready for an inspection, let us know and once your farm is accredited you will be able to use the FRFA logo on your labels and any promotional material we have available.
Please either fill in the details on the form below with your property address, email and telephone details plus lodge the $250 combined fees in the Association's account, or send details by letter together with a cheque to The Secretary, FRFA Inc. P.O.Box 526 Drouin, 3818
Your application will be considered by the Committee and once you are ready for accreditation, an inspection will be arranged. The fee fully covers the inspection/audit process, wherever you are in Victoria and is not refundable if your application for accreditation is unsuccessful.
